I am running
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; sv-SE; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20060601 Firefox/2.0 (Ubuntu-edgy) and discovered that clicking the middle mouse button on a web page was a
serious disappointment.
I was very upset about it.
But after I calmed down from my rage I browsed the
about:config page and found that this variable can be changed to restore a sane usability setup:
That variable
middlemouse.contentLoadURL is now default
false, and I encourage you to change it to
true right away and start a massive campaign against this madness.
